Ingredients
- 1 can prepared crumbled bacon
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 tsp. yeast
Method
- Place all ingredients, except yeast, in bread pan in the order given.
- Make a little hole in the ingredients and add the yeast in the hole.
- Press start on your bread machine.
- Observe the dough as it kneads.
- If it appears dry add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is smooth and pliable.
- Cool on a cake rack before slicing.
