Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 12 strips bacon, cut in half
- 24 saltine crackers
Method
- Wrap each cracker with half strip of bacon.
- Place on a cookie rack over a shallow drip pan.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, at 400°.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 24.
