Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon (regular sliced or thick)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper (I use 1/2 this amount)
- 3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/2 box crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
Method
- Slice bacon in half.
- Beat eggs until foamy.
- Add cider vinegar and dry ingredients; beat lightly.
- Dip bacon in egg mixture and roll in cracker crumbs.
- Keep egg mixture foamy.
