Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 slices crisp bacon
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- pepper
Method
- Mix ground beef with bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 4 patties about 1-inch thick.
- Pan fry in bacon drippings. Serves 4.
