Ingredients
- 2 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tsp. mild prepared mustard
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. real bacon bits
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Arrange one package biscuits in one layer of prepared loaf pan. Spread mustard over biscuits.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over mustard.
- Arrange second package of biscuits in one layer over cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
- Serves 10.
