Ingredients

  • 2 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 tsp. mild prepared mustard
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. real bacon bits

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Arrange one package biscuits in one layer of prepared loaf pan. Spread mustard over biscuits.
  • Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over mustard.
  • Arrange second package of biscuits in one layer over cheese.
  • Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
  • Serves 10.
