Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 dashes alfalfa

Method

  • Slit croissant into two even pieces.
  • Top one slice of croissant with American and Swiss cheese and pop into microwave or oven to melt.
  • Spread mustard and mayonnaise over the second slice.
  • Layer this slice with cucumber, tomato, avocado and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  • Add the alfalfa last.
  • Finish by putting slice of croissant with melted cheese on top.
