Ingredients
- 1/2 pounds Spaghetti
- 2 whole Small Ripe Avocados, Pitted And Peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1/4 cups Pine Nuts
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil, Leaves Picked
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Halved Cherry Tomatoes, To Serve (optional)
Method
- 1.
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
- 2.
- While the pasta cooks, mix all the other ingredients in the bowl of your food processor, until smooth.
- 3.
- Serve the warm pasta mixed with the sauce, and a few halved cherry tomatoes, if desired.
