Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Spaghetti
  • 2 whole Small Ripe Avocados, Pitted And Peeled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 1/4 cups Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil, Leaves Picked
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Halved Cherry Tomatoes, To Serve (optional)

Method

  • 1.
  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
  • 2.
  • While the pasta cooks, mix all the other ingredients in the bowl of your food processor, until smooth.
  • 3.
  • Serve the warm pasta mixed with the sauce, and a few halved cherry tomatoes, if desired.
