Ingredients
- 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
- 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice or Lime
- 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 Pint Milk
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 2 TBSP Tequila (optional)
Method
- Take the avocados, peel & seed them, then put into a blender with the milk and make a puree. Pour the puree into bowl & add sugar, lemon and cream, beat until creamy. Pour into ice cream maker & follow manufacturer's instructions. As ice cream is churning, pour in Tequila .
- Sometimes I add a bit of coconut milk!
- Garnish with a pinch of Margarita salt
