Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice or Lime
  • 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Pint Milk
  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 2 TBSP Tequila (optional)

Method

  • Take the avocados, peel & seed them, then put into a blender with the milk and make a puree. Pour the puree into bowl & add sugar, lemon and cream, beat until creamy. Pour into ice cream maker & follow manufacturer's instructions. As ice cream is churning, pour in Tequila .
  • Sometimes I add a bit of coconut milk!
  • Garnish with a pinch of Margarita salt
