Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 green onions, cut in chunks
- 12 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- salt and black pepper
- 2 large ripe avocados, cut in chunks
Method
- In a food processor, process cream cheese, onions, parsley, lemon juice, sour cream, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.
- Add avocados and process until desired texture is achieved.
