Ingredients

  • 4 radishes
  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt as needed
  • peppercorns as needed
  • mustard seeds as needed
  • 1 pinch sweet paprika
  • mizuna
  • beet
  • 3 slices bread flat, or Naan bread

Method

  • Chop the radishes coarsely in the chopper, and set aside.
  • Peel the avocados, remove pit, and smash thoroughly.
  • Add the chopped radishes, and mix.
  • Pour the lime juice on top of the avocado, so it doesn't oxidize.
  • Crush the garlic until pasty, add to avocado.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, mustard, and pepper, to taste.
  • Stir everything very well, add the paprika and microvegetables.
  • Serve with Naan bread.
