Ingredients
- 4 radishes
- 2 avocados ripe
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 garlic clove crushed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt as needed
- peppercorns as needed
- mustard seeds as needed
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
- mizuna
- beet
- 3 slices bread flat, or Naan bread
Method
- Chop the radishes coarsely in the chopper, and set aside.
- Peel the avocados, remove pit, and smash thoroughly.
- Add the chopped radishes, and mix.
- Pour the lime juice on top of the avocado, so it doesn't oxidize.
- Crush the garlic until pasty, add to avocado.
- Add the olive oil, salt, mustard, and pepper, to taste.
- Stir everything very well, add the paprika and microvegetables.
- Serve with Naan bread.
