Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 14 cup wine vinegar, may want to use less
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons ground walnuts, can substitute sesame seeds
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the beans and mix.
  • Drop the beans into enough salted boiling water to cover them and cook for about 10 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain beans in a colander.
  • Toss the beans together with the the sauce and serve immediately or cover with foil and serve within 45 minutes.
