Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. ready made gravy
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 small can peas
- 1 small can corn
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- prepared pie crust
Method
- Combine chicken, gravy and mayonnaise and heat thoroughly. Boil carrots and potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain. Add peas, corn and chicken mixture and place in deep baking dish. Top with pie crust.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
