Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen California mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Method

  • Blend soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a 2-quart casserole.
  • Stir in chicken and vegetables, spreading mixture evenly in casserole.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Combine butter, corn flakes and parsley flakes and put on top of casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
