Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and white pepper to taste
Method
- Steam asparagus in broth until tender (do not discard liquid). In blender, puree asparagus and broth.
- Add yogurt and cheeses. Blend well.
- Season to taste.
- May be served warmed or chilled. Serves 4.
