Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-cut green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Method

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chops; cook, covered, 3 min.
  • on each side or until done (145F).
  • Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add broth, green beans and soy sauce to skillet; stir.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice; top with chops.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  • Simmer 5 min.
  • Remove skillet from heat; let stand 5 min.
  • Fluff with fork.
  • Top with nuts.
