Ingredients

  • 3 lb salmon
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Method

  • lay the salmon in a baking pan, whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • drizzle half the marinade onto the salmon and let sit for approximately 10 min.
  • either grill for 4-5 min.
  • turn over and grill for another 4-5 min.
  • OR
  • put salmon in the oven and broiled it for 5-10 min., turn over and broiled for another 5-10 min.
  • until slightly brown.
  • spoon leftover marinade on top and let fish to rest for 10 min.
  • and serve.
