Ingredients
- 3 lb salmon
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Method
- lay the salmon in a baking pan, whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.
- drizzle half the marinade onto the salmon and let sit for approximately 10 min.
- either grill for 4-5 min.
- turn over and grill for another 4-5 min.
- OR
- put salmon in the oven and broiled it for 5-10 min., turn over and broiled for another 5-10 min.
- until slightly brown.
- spoon leftover marinade on top and let fish to rest for 10 min.
- and serve.
