Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped Asian cabbage
  • 2 cups roughly shredded carrots
  • 1 cup roughly shredded radishes
  • 2-3 thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 finely minced garlic clove
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • seasoned rice vinegar

Method

  • Prepare vegetables and place into a large bowl.
  • Into a one cup measuring cup add canola oil, dark sesame oil, orange juice and tamari. Add enough seasoned rice vinegar to the measuring cup to make 3/4 cup dressing.
  • Stir dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Toss dressing and vegetables together.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
