Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, packed in water
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Drain artichokes well and cut up into very small pieces.
- Mix well with cheese and mayonnaise.
- Place in ovenproof small baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for just a few minutes to heat.
- Serve with Wheat Thins.
