Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed (10 oz.)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 14 oz. can artichokes, drained and chopped
Method
- In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients. Heat until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
