Ingredients
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained (save water)
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cut artichokes in half and combine in casserole dish with green beans.
- Mix olive oil and artichoke liquid; fold into artichokes.
- Mix cheese and bread crumbs together and add to casserole.
- Mix well.
- Top with more crumbs and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or enough to heat thoroughly.
