Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown
- vermicelli in margarine.
- Add rice, then add hot chicken
- broth, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer until broth is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
