Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide and 4 inches long
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 3 Tbsp. corn oil
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Place cut chicken strips in a medium size bowl; add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
- In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients except margarine.
- Pour mixture over chicken pieces and let stand about 15 minutes.
- Fry chicken strips in margarine until done.
- Serve with sauce.
