Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into strips about 1/2-inch wide and 4 inches long
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 egg whites (unbeaten)
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Place cut chicken strips in a medium size bowl; add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
  • In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients except margarine.
  • Pour mixture over chicken pieces and let stand about 15 minutes.
  • Fry chicken strips in margarine until done.
  • Serve with sauce.
