Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 pounds lamb mince
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • provolone cheese thick slice per patty
  • 1 red chilli deseeded
  • 1/3 cup coriander
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons goats cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cabbage drizzlied with olive oil, black pepper and salt
  • 5 tablespoons yoghurt natural
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 buns

Method

  • Combine the mince, red chilli, onion, coriander, goats cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper and egg in a large bowl - separate out into four patties with flour. Slice and butter the bap buns, and season the cabbage.
  • Grill the patties, cabbage and buns to your liking. Whilst this occurs, mix the natural yoghurt and dijon mustard and apply to top and bottom of bun upon construction.
