Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 jars apricot tapioca baby food
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Method
- Beat sugar and oil in mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Add baby food one jar at a time.
- Add half of flour blended with spices, salt and baking powder, then beat in remainder of flour. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in greased and floured tube pan.
- Let cool, right side up.
- Turn cake out onto cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
