Ingredients
- 12 oz. apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- chicken halves or pieces
Method
- Blend all ingredients except chicken until smooth.
- Cook chicken about 45 minutes to an hour before you sauce it.
- Then cook another 45 minutes.
