Ingredients
- 1 (17 1/2 oz.) can apricots, drained and chopped
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 pkg. jello (orange or apricot)
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. apricot juice
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Drain fruit.
- Keep apricot and pineapple juice separate. Chill fruit.
- Dissolve jello in hot water and add apricot juice. Fold in apricots, pineapple and mini marshmallows.
- Chill until firm, then add topping.
