Ingredients
- canned apricots
- 2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- whipped topping
Method
- Drain apricots and puree.
- Sprinkle gelatin over top.
- Let set until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Bring to boiling; add powdered sugar.
- Cool, then add in a package of whipped topping.
- Place in refrigerator until firm.
