Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. apples
- 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly.
- Reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon to topping.
- Press remaining mixture into bottom of pan. Slice apples and put on top of cake mix.
- Blend sour cream and egg. Spread over apples.
- Spread remaining topping mixture over sour cream mixture.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
