- 1/4 c. apple cider
- 1/4 c. nonfat sour ream
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 1/2 c. finely shredded red cabbage
- 2 small unpared Granny Smith apples, cored and finely diced
- 1/2 c. minced red onion
Method
- In large bowl, whisk together cider, sour cream, vinegar, caraway seed, salt and mustard.
- Add cabbage, apple and onion. Toss, cover and chill 1 hour.
- Toss before serving.
