Ingredients
- 4 large apples, cut in small cubes
- 1 large can undrained crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. cherries
- 3/4 stick butter
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Sift together flour and sugar.
- Mix in pineapple.
- Cook in double boiler until thick.
- Add butter and cool.
- Mix with apples and put in dish.
- Pat Cool Whip on top.
- Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
