Ingredients

  • 1 whole Apple, Cored, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1-1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 4 whole Ice Cubes

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Put the lid on and blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Add more ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately.
  • *Note: Plain or vanilla yogurt can be substituted for the almond milk. If you do this just add more applesauce so the smoothie isn't too thick.
