Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple, Cored, Peeled And Sliced
- 1/2 cups Applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1-1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 4 whole Ice Cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Put the lid on and blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Add more ice cubes if desired. Serve immediately.
- *Note: Plain or vanilla yogurt can be substituted for the almond milk. If you do this just add more applesauce so the smoothie isn't too thick.
