Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice
- 4 c. apples, sliced thin
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 frozen pie crusts
Method
- Put apple juice, cornstarch and apples into a pan.
- Heat; let thicken.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Put 3 or 4 slices of margarine on top.
- Take another pie crust and put on top.
- Punch holes in top crust.
- Bake in a 350° oven until done.
