Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. whipping cream
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- In large
- pan, combine sugar, flour and milk.
- Cook and stir until thick.
- Stir 1 cup of batter into eggs;
- return all to pan. Cook
- and
- stir
- 2 more minutes.
- Cover and chill 1/2 hour.
- Stir in cream, pie filling, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Put in 4
- or 5 quart
- ice cream freezer and follow directions on freezer for making ice cream.
