Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (14.1 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
  • 1 cup canned apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Heat oven to 375F.
  • Unroll 1 pie crust on lightly floured surface; cut into 16 rounds with 2-inch cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  • Repeat with second crust.
  • Mix pie filling, cheese, nuts and raisins until blended; spoon onto centers of 16 of the pastry rounds, adding about 1 Tbsp.

  • Cover with remaining pastry rounds; press edges together to seal.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Cut slits in tops to vent; sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
