Ingredients

  • 1 whole Sheet Puff Pastry, Defrosted
  • 2 whole Apples, Cored And Sliced Very Thin
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Minute Tapioca
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  • Lay one puff pastry sheet out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut into fourths. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon 1/4 of the apples onto each puff pastry rectangle. Fold the pastry over and pinch to seal the edges. Poke a couple of holes in the top of each hand pie to vent the steam. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the juices are bubbling with slowly bursting bubbles.
