Ingredients
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
Method
- Combine first three ingredients.
- Stir in cheese and onion. Spoon into 1-quart souffle dish.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately with crackers.
- Yields 3 cups.
