Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 100 grams white chocolate ( warm melted)
  • 1 finely shredded coconut flakes (to cover the candy balls)

Method

  • Bring milk and sugar in a pot to boil and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Add the vanilla wafers, mixing well until well blended.
  • Add the coconut flakes and butter.
  • Mix well until well incorporated.
  • Make balls and coat each with melted white chocolate and hazelnuts.
  • (You can do this without coating with chocolate, if desired.)
  • Then cover the balls with coconut flakes.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
