Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sliced almonds
Method
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and almond extract.
- Beat again until fluffy.
- Stir in flour.
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan or a jelly roll pan.
- Sprinkle top with sliced almonds.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
