Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. raisins, boiled, drained and cooled
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar, adding the egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff; add raisins and nuts.
- Beat well, then add egg whites.
- Bake slow in a 9-inch raw pie crust.
