Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cans coconut milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Chocolate chunks and/or marcona almonds
Method
- Heat water, sugar and honey over medium heat to 185 degrees. Pour over the coconut milk; add the salt and cinnamon.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Chill completely in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Process according to ice cream machine instructions, adding in chocolate chunks and marcona
- almonds to take it to another level.
