Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (boiled or fried in butter)
  • 16 ounces cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup diced onion (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Once the chicken is either boiled or fried (your choice) and the spaghetti is done stir the two together with the remaining ingrediants in a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for about an hour and enjoy.
  • Note: If you would like to save about a third cup of cheese for the top that would be great too.
