Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 (7 oz.) can minced clams (save juice)
- 1 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook bacon in pan until crisp.
- Remove from pan and break into 1-inch pieces.
- Brown onion in bacon fat.
- Add clam juice and potatoes.
- Cover and cook about 15 minutes until potatoes are done.
- Blend in bacon pieces and minced clams the other ingredients.
- Heat but do not boil.
- Bacon may be used as garnish.
