Ingredients
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Aburaage
- 10 cm Green onions
- 3 grams Dried wakame
- 1 block Tofu
- 50 ml Shiro-dashi
Method
- Reconstitute wakame in plenty of water and set aside.
- Place the water, aburaage, and green onions in a pot and bring to a boil.
- When it boils, add wakame, tofu, and shiro-dashi.
- It's done when it reaches a boil again.
