Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 3 whole Avocados, Mashed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
  • 1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Seeded And Diced
  • 2 ounces, weight Sliced Olives
  • 3 Scallions, Sliced

Method

  • Spread refried beans evenly on the bottom of a 9x13in dish.
  • Combine sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over the refried beans.
  • In a seperate bowl, combine the mashed avocado, minced garlic, lime juice and sea salt.
  • Mix well and spread over the sour cream.
  • In the following order, top with cheese, tomato, olives and scallions.
  • Serve immediatly or chill for several hours.
