Ingredients
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 3 whole Avocados, Mashed
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
- 1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Seeded And Diced
- 2 ounces, weight Sliced Olives
- 3 Scallions, Sliced
Method
- Spread refried beans evenly on the bottom of a 9x13in dish.
- Combine sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over the refried beans.
- In a seperate bowl, combine the mashed avocado, minced garlic, lime juice and sea salt.
- Mix well and spread over the sour cream.
- In the following order, top with cheese, tomato, olives and scallions.
- Serve immediatly or chill for several hours.
