Ingredients

  • 150 grams Tofu
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed
  • 100 ml Water
  • 30 ml Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  • 150 grams Plain cooked rice

Method

  • I used one pack of tofu from a three-pack.
  • Put the ingredients into a frying pan and bring to a boil.
  • Use a spoon to carefully add the tofu.
  • Once it boils, add the egg and cook until it's done to your liking, then turn off the heat.
  • Serve over rice with the liquid poured on top.
  • Garnish with a generous amount of thinly cut nori strips.
