Ingredients
- 150 grams Tofu
- 1 Egg
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 100 ml Water
- 30 ml Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 150 grams Plain cooked rice
Method
- I used one pack of tofu from a three-pack.
- Put the ingredients into a frying pan and bring to a boil.
- Use a spoon to carefully add the tofu.
- Once it boils, add the egg and cook until it's done to your liking, then turn off the heat.
- Serve over rice with the liquid poured on top.
- Garnish with a generous amount of thinly cut nori strips.
