Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pt. blueberries
- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Method
- In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils.
- Boil one minute. Mixture should be thick.
- Stir, add blueberries, cook on high for three minutes, stirring often.
- Pour into crust; top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
