Ingredients

  • 1 oz. mezcal
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. jalapeno simple syrup
  • 6 oz. Bronx Session IPA
  • 3 thin slices of jalapeno
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. tangergine juice
  • 1 oz. champagne
  • 6 oz. Bronx Belgian Pale Ale
  • Orange twist
  • A pinch of black peppercorns
  • 1 oz. Malfy Gin Con Limone
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 7 oz. Bronx Summer Pale Ale
  • 1 lemon twist
  • 1 oz. Aperol
  • 1 1/2 oz. champagne
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 6 oz. Bronx No Resolutions
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • 1 grapefruit wedge

Method

  • Salt the rim of a pint glass, then fill with ice.
  • Fill pint glass with ice. Add the first three ingredients, then top off with beer. Gently stir.

  • Take a handful of fresh mint, tear it up, and toss it into a pint glass. Next, add a grapefruit wedge and muddle everything until the grapefruit's oils have been released (about 10 seconds).
