Ingredients
- 5 qt. pickles, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
- 5 c. vinegar
- 6 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 1/3 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 c. water
Method
- Wash and chunk the pickles; soak in salt water for 3 hours. Drain.
- Add ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pack in prepared jars.
