Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 1 cup frozen or canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups instant rice, uncooked

Method

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken; cover.
  • Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add water, 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce and corn to skillet.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Top with chicken; cover.
  • Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes.
  • Top chicken with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
