Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 cup frozen or canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups instant rice, uncooked
Method
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cover.
- Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add water, 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce and corn to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Top with chicken; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes.
- Top chicken with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
