Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (light mayonnaise is also fine)
- 2 cm plus Grated wasabi
- 1 half a pack Bonito flakes
- 1 Grated garlic
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 few drops Dashi soy sauce (or mentsuyu)
Method
- Slice the zucchini into 1-2 mm rounds.
- Mix the salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Afterwards, rinse off the salt and squeeze the zucchini with your hands to drain excess water.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Taste, and season with dashi soy sauce.
- (It would be too strong if you added it from the beginning).
